We almost all exist in multiple spaces now. In real life and in digital life. Perhaps we've all stumbled across wellness culture videos while scrolling. It's time to focus on ourselves, to protect our own peace, to manifest our lives, to go to the gym for our own health (not just to look hot, of course). Mindfulness, longevity, self-care, gut health, holistic health, clean eating...

Under the guise of self-care, a capitalist-driven lifestyle is promoted, in which the primary focus is solely on oneself and retreating into an apolitical, individual sphere. But who are we when we are alone?

Fourteen young performers deconstruct body and voice texts, develop their own songs and choreographies, and thus create their own unique compositions. Language is understood as a living organism that is constantly transforming. The project explores practices of "taking risks" on stage – both aesthetically and socially.

With “fucking beautiful”, the newly founded StudiCompagnie of the monsun.theater, under the artistic direction of Dr. phil. Alina Gregor, realizes a performative staging composition based on the theatre text by Lili Roesing.
